Pork Loin Roast

Pork Loin, Grilled Serves 8 Prep Time:5 min Marinade Time:8-12 hours Cook Time: approx 2 hours
Here is a meal that says “The Holidays are coming” or “Company’s coming”
Marinade:
Mix ½ cup canola or vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice, or juice from 1 whole lemon squeezed
½ Tablespoon Adolph’s meat tenderizer
½ Tablespoon mesquite seasoning
2 pound pork loin roast
Stir all marinade ingredients, and pour into 1 gallon freezer bag with roast. Place in a baking dish and refrigerate for 8-24 hours. Grill or rotisserie. Pork should be 160 degrees on the inside when done. Let meat rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
