Serves 8-12 Prep Time:15 min Cook Time:20 min
- 10 medium russet potatoes
- 4 cups water
- 4 ounces beef bouillon cubes, or 4 cups beef broth (if using broth, eliminate the water)
Wash, peel and cube the potatoes. Place in a large pot. Add broth OR water and bouillon cubes. Cover and bring to boil. When liquid begins to bubble, turn heat down to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender, approximately 20-30 minutes. Carefully drain potatoes and mash, seasoning to taste.
