Butter, 4 Tbsp
¼ cup flour (all purpose)
2 cups beef broth (or 2 cups water and 2 1 oz cubes beef bouillon)
In a medium saucepan melt the butter.Stir in the flour until smooth and slightly thickened.Add the broth or water and bouillon all at once.Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy is thickened and bubbly.
